CCA Sports is always looking for fun, entergetic and outgoing, officials, league managers and promo team members.
Get paid hosting sports you love and events you attend while fitting it in around your full-time job, college classes, parenting, or whatever you have going on in your life! 

What does it take to work for CCA:
- Ensure fun and competitive environment for all skill levels.
- Be kind, fair, polite and firm enforcing rules and policies.
- Good with people and able to interacte with players and fans proffesionally
- See adults sports as fun and entertaining, not an all-consuming idea. 
- Help setup and breakdown of facilities including but not limited to paperwork and equipment.
- Report and attend to any on-field injuries.
- Strive to be a good ambassador of CCA Sports. You are the face of our leagues! 


- League Coordinators are independent contracters or employees that are responsible for signing in teams, collecting fees, dealing with player/team issues, reporting scores to office, distributing t-shirts and marketing of upcoming leagues and event. Please be prepared to commit to 8 week season.
- Promo team members are independent contracters or part time employees who attend our social events and events we are at around town. They are responsible for talking to attendees about upcoming leagues and events, signing them up for our newsletters and generating an interest in CCAsports leagues and social events.
- Officials are independent contractors that should offer their services to call fun and fair games, maintain control of play and establish open, friendly rapport with teams and spectators, and be overall great ambassadors of CCA Sports! 

Compensation is variable and will be established with each independent contractor or employee.
 
CCA Internships

Sports and Management Marketing Intern

The Sports and Management Marketing Intern will play an active role in the CCA Sports marketing development. The intern will assist the Marketing/Operations Manager by creating and publishing content that is relevant to our costumer base on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other online platforms. He/she will regularly analyze and report on the activity on social media networks. He/She will also be responsible for interacting with many of our league teams to create different highlight articles based around league interaction. Preference is given to applicants who are passionate about sports, have a social network, are interested in producing special events, and enjoy promotions and marketing. 

He/she will attend leagues to engage with CCA participants, promote events and upcoming leagues, as well as create content for our social media. Intern will also help as needed in event management.

Digital Marketing/Graphic Design Intern
 
The Digital Market/Graphic Design Intern will work directly with the Marketing/Operations Manager on all social media accounts and the development of original digital content. The ideal Digital Marketing/Graphic Design Intern will have some knowledge and interests many areas of graphic design and digital marketing including; email marketing campaigns, Canva, Photoshop-esque programs, and creative digital problem solving to name a few. 
 
He/she will attend leagues to engage with CCA participants, promote events and upcoming leagues, as well as create content for our social media. Interns will also help as needed in event management.
