League Format
- 8-on-8 flag football (co-ed) — teams can have up to 8 players on the field at one time (3 females minimum). Recommended roster size is 12–14 players to ensure subs.
Skill Divisions
- Leagues are offered for all skill levels, from least competitive to most competitive:
- Beginner
- Recreational
Season Structure
- Regular Season: 6 weeks
- Post-Season Tournament: 1–2 weeks of single-elimination play
Weekly Play
- Teams play weekly games (details based on day/time of league schedule)
- Games follow flag football format — no contact, flags replace tackles — and more
