As Indy's largest organizer of adult flag football, we offer leagues year round at levels of play for everyone. Leagues in order of least competitive to most competitive are as follows; Beginner, Recreational, Intermediate, and Competitive.
CCA flag football is an 8-on-8 format, comprised of at least 3 women and up to 5 men. We recommend 12 to 14 players per team, but there is no limit.
