Veteran squad, Ball Bangers, playing with a short-handed team on Tuesday, September 27, 2022, won their first CCA bocce championship. They defeated team Boccelism, who have become the Buffalo Bills of championship matches. Ball Bangers took the coveted bocce championship belt and get to forever cement their place as a CCA champion when their team name graces the back of said belt for the Fall 2022 league.
